By using person centred care practices we strive to maintain independence levels and encourage clients to be in control of their lives in surroundings familiar to themselves, family and friends.
Our individual care plans centre around the precise need of each client. By encouraging participation and decision making, we aim to promote a strong sense of value and self worth. With packages from 1 hour per day we can design the best possible plan for you. |
